A company is everything it has lived through.
People come and go. Ideas are raised, argued over, decided, tried, and learned from. Through all of it, the company goes on, yet it has never had a memory of its own.
Omnisce gives it one, so the company itself can carry its experience, learn from it as a whole, and bring it to every person and agent working for it.
Ownership.
PrincipleThe memory is your company’s own experience, so it belongs to your company. The models and agents you use will change many times, and each sees only what your permissions and information barriers allow. If you leave, the memory leaves with you in an open format, and we delete what remains.
Confidentiality.
PrincipleWe don’t think anyone at Omnisce should be able to read your company’s memory without your approval, so no one can. When you do grant emergency access, it expires and is logged. The memory runs in its own environment, and we never train on your data.
Integrity.
PrincipleWe’d rather Omnisce say it doesn’t know than guess. Everything it tells you comes with its source and a grade for how well the record supports it, and when records disagree, you see both sides.
Judgment.
PrincipleOmnisce should have a view, but the final say stays with your people. Along with the source and grade, it tells you what it makes of each answer and why, drawing only on your company’s own records. Agents shouldn’t get the final say either. Where Omnisce is connected to an agent’s controls, it can stop the agent from acting against what your company has settled until a person signs off.
